Mods: I show the settings used at the very end of the video. Time was calculated from selecting Mesa to the first frame the HUD disappears on Babbling.

A 24:34.092 without loads.

Dragged out a CRT just to hook my Wii up to so I could do the weapon manips again. Pardon the sub-par capture: I don't have an HDMI solution for my Wii, so I'm using a GV2USB to capture analog signal just like I did 6 years ago.

For those that don't know, if you play the GameCube port on a Wii, the same weapon respawn "list" is used for every single game, instead of being properly randomized when you're playing on an actual GameCube. This means that we can resapwn the weapon signs in such a way to get the item we want - most of the time a Roman Candle. Take a look at Shmoe and Swamp Stomp to see it in action.

The other huge timesaves came from using slower routes around the areas that avoid the AI more, thus reducing the risk of crashing and dying. Monster Mosh did this to perfection, and ultimately pushed this run to be the first sub 27 of the OG version of Cel Damage.

Bohemian Raspberry, Lunarcy, Counts Castle, and Babbling 5's accidental mis-menu are all very improvable, and I kind of want to gun for a ~26:20 while I still have the desire to do this run (lmao).
