this level feels more and more like the developers didn't want it to be speedrun. so many bits of RNG on objectives - from how long it takes cops to come out of hiding at the start to sometimes Charon needing 10 extra seconds to pick the lock...not to mention Charon pathing to the pick up spot at the end.
