This is all you need to run Sausage Hunter completely automatically - the Autosplitter created by HandsomeStrife, along with Splits for the game and a Layout, which are all used in LiveSplit.

Simply extract the files, open the splits file in Livesplit, then the Layout file. Then go to Edit Layout, and click the button Layout Settings. Go to the Scriptable Auto Splitter tab, and click Browse, then select the sausage-hunter.asl file. This just re-associates the layout with the autosplitter as the file's location will be different on your computer.

You should now be ready to go - Livesplit will automatically start timing for you, split levels for you and finish timing for you. You will have to stop/reset your timer if you do not complete a run. Good luck and thanks again to HandsomeStrife!
