Why are Critical Mode and level 1 the same category?
Question. Why aren't Critical Mode and Level 1 separate categories in this game?
On Critical Mode, because of how EXP Zero works, it's faster to play with the ability on rather than off. So even if they were different categories, the fastest Critical Mode runs will also be Level 1 runs.
