I tried this game out, the camera movement is fine but any movement or ingame animation plays at like 10fps, is that how it's supposed to be? I had a look at the speedrun guide but this issue isn't mentioned at all, only seen it on a youtube comment somewhere with no solution.

no, it's a glitch, reboot your pc, should help, there is some awful programming going on in it

also I think that every single guide mentions that problem, but anyway, hope it helps!
