I think for most except Super Expert you could just go for one screen? (like, up to the transition to the next page) Maybe even for SE, if you skip well...

One suggestion was 1 full screen. Afaik that's 16?

Well I wasn't up for that idea because I see that like kind of arbitrary, but if at some point you want a category, it will be.

I think Endless should be Any Diffuculty (Create Subcategorys for the diffucultys) and you have to get to complete a certian number of levels as fast as possible

Why not just simply match the rules for SMM1's 100 man. Timer starts upon the select and ends upon clearing the 16th level (IE touching the flag or axe).
