Imported video into Davinci Resolve 15 to look at each frame of the video (30 fps) to try and get more exact time. Time is either 26.89 or 26.97 depending on whether time ends on first appearance of the trash can scene or when Pennybags sprite is fully loaded. I'll leave that to the mod to decide (also feel free to re-analyze video)
