Internet speed has nothing to do with low FPS in a web game, if you have problem with low fps with your videos, it's probably because your recording software isn't optimised. Try reducing the recording quality (from 1080p to 720p for example) or lower the bitrate, it can help a lot with lags in your videos.

I am not a moderator or anything, just a random player, so I might be wrong, If so I hope someone will correct me, but maybe I can help.

Firstly, if you have internet issues, I would suggest using the steam version (its free) though it will have different glitches (if you do) and different leaderboards.

Regardless, its not clear to me if its your game that is lagging, your entire computer, or is it just the recording?

I assume that the game itself is working fine, and the problem is with your recording, if that's the case (or if its your entire computer that is lagging), I will suggest, in addition to what Xcvazer said, you exit all other programs you run and tabs on your browser to reduce CPU usage, this should improve your computer ability to record and run the game.

If it's just the game that is lagging/you get packet loses, I will just advise you to use the steam version.
