I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you can already reach Sky-High Islands by long-jumping from the building where the desk side-level is :P

unfortunately no. i thought the same but there is something that closes the way to climb up to course 10. Try it out with less stars than you have normally there , like with 20.

ye you can even see in the video there is this log that's blocking the vine so you can't there without a certain number of stars, not sure how many
