The only way to be able to get a time under a mi ute is by hoping you find a tank driving on the streets before going into the first alleyway after the payphone with the tank mission that leads to the alleyway between the stadium and the car park, as this will save on Disgrace's wr about 15 seconds and with better movement before this and luck with traffic then a low 0:5x is possible but the luck....
yeah just some good luck, better strats and good movement surely it can be optimal?
Ok so the past 3 weeks have been interesting. A new strat has been found that makes it to around a 0:14 time. Its called the $2 million phone death. People who have successfully done the strat YoloMenace001
