I have been getting into speed running shield recently and i find the hardest part for me is the IV checking of Arcanine and Excadrill.

What are some of your tips to help a newer speedrunner with these?

take the time to see what stats you have, also just take the last number of each stat is how i find it easiest to get the stats correct

if you are capturing your switch with a capture card i suggest to keep obs open and screenshot the live footage of your stats on level up so you can input them once you have a cutscene or a cinematic to save time
