I'm unsure if moderators for Mr. President re-time submitted runs, but I would like to know if I could contribute to making an auto-splitter for both any% and wrestling%. I am not knowledgeable on how livesplit works or how auto-splitters are even developed, but auto-splitters would help significantly in not having to re-time runs and also reduce human error and make the times as accurate as possible.

I would love to not do splits manually on this game, and it really shouldn't be too hard to pull off since each level ends the same way(?). I also really don't know how to develop these, but if I can help you out in any way please let me know. I'll also reach out to some of my more software knowledgeable friends and see if they can whip something up.
