Four more skippable toppins and "Some level design tweaks" is quite big news! What do you think? Should we make a split to the leaderboards? Do something else?

In theory the reduced toppin requirement would make all new runs straight up faster than the old ones, so I don't see a reason to split or hide the old runs, they'll just get obsoleted by newer ones.

i think golf benefits by A LOT with this new change of the toppins, you can directly skip all the optional toppins and go to the John pillar room, grab the pinneaple toppin and then complete the level normally. I think with this new change is now possible to get sub 2.45 in any% runs

I'd think making a "pre-1.0.194" and a "1.0.194+" separation would be the most fair to those who may have already ran the game fully, but I'm not sure if there will be any way for anyone to play pre-patch. Usually speedrun board separation for version is due to multiple versions being playable.
