Pretty sure IGT flipped to 11 by the time I showed it because of how long I waited until showing the screen due to waiting for the research center to build.

Hell I didn't even notice I had hit 1 star until several seconds after lol

God I'm slow, but at least I put a time down. I'm sure I can improve on it.
