Mod Note: Re-timed to 18:20 as the in-game time that you are supposedly get the achievement (not on video but you show 1 million cookies at 18:16, which means you are gonna get it at 18:20 as you barely missed the 18:15 cycle). Moved to Fast Click as I think you are using a double clicking mouse (?) which is allowed but under fast click category.
