The Juho Jump is a small glitch allowed to be used in Any% and 100% runs. In addition to being used to find hidden spots throughout the map (which is only really useful in regular playthroughs), it can be used to skip the Temp King's stomach level AND Gastral Giveaway while still crediting the player for that level.

The Jumpmo room happens to be the same room the player spawns in after Gastral Giveaway. To access the pipe visible after Gastral Giveaway, the player need only J-Jump from the Coffins behind Jumpmo, OVER the invisible barrier, then continue right.
