Using some minor optimisations from Mike Roberts' speedrun suggestions video, and Route Notes by @WitchRain. No Flamethrower bug and no Invincible Sabbat bug, but Beckett softlock happened enroute to Last Round.
- Santa Monica could be about 1 minute faster.
- General movement up to approx. Hollywood fetch quests wasn't to my own expectations.
