This video explains how to fix the error when trying to enter online mode on TrackMania Nations ESWC on Windows 10:
https://en.tm-ladder.com/time_page/index.php?game=ds
The site is no longer displaying the times, but it shows up on the archive: https://web.archive.org/web/20210422201042/https://en.tm-ladder.com/time_page/index.php?game=ds
I'll add a link to the standalone version of the game under the resources for now: https://www.speedrun.com/tmnf/resources The problem with the Steam version of this game is that it does not include the latest patch. If you update the Steam version it should also work with the autosplitter: https://www.speedrun.com/tmnf/thread/0zhlh
Yes, you can submit your run. no problem.
Edit: The mentioned bugs have all been patched and the autosplitter should now work without problem.
It's a known bug. Your time on PuzzleA2 should be +0.01 of the actual time. This is because the timer split early on the first track, and the time gets carried over to the next one. The same thing happened to me here:
You can also encounter a bug where livesplit splits automatically when you load a track. You can fix this during a run by clicking the "undo split" button, like I had to do here:
If you are really unlucky, livesplit might just add a lot of hours to your time when you quit a track back to the menu. It looks like this when it happens:
All the bugs will get patched by donadigo when he has time to work on the script again. If anything happens with the timer during a run, you can use the manual in-game calculator to find the correct in-game time: https://www.speedrun.com/tmuf/resources
EDIT: The game has been patched on Steam to fix texture issues: https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/7200/view/3131689217804260004

Edit: If the auto splitter doesn't work, make sure to either use the standalone version of the game or update the Steam version with these fixes: https://www.speedrun.com/tmuf/thread/q1ztb
Thanks to the work of donadigo, we now have an auto splitter that tracks the in-game time. The splitter will start automatically when you load the first track. It splits each time you finish a track. The auto splitter can be activated in LiveSplit.
Download LiveSplit from the official website: https://livesplit.org/downloads/ Do not save or extract LiveSplit to a folder that require admin permission, like Program Files. Admin permission seems to stop LiveSplit from talking to it's servers, resulting in the auto splitter not activating. I recommend using the My Documents folder instead.
Make sure to set the comparison for the timer and splitter to "Game Time". This can either be done when editing the layout, or by right clicking the livesplit window -> Compare Against -> Game Time.
I would highly suggest setting the accuracy of the split times to hundredths. Adding a new column or changing an existing column to "Segment Time" is also highly suggested, as this will show your exact time for each track.
Simple split-files and a layout to use with the splitter can be downloaded here: https://www.speedrun.com/tmuf/resources/wo4km

Replay upload + leaderboards are now live on TMX: https://trackmania.exchange/mapsearch2?mode=1&authorid=21&limit=100&priord=0
Trackmania.io has leaderboards of all runs driven on every map: https://trackmania.io/#/campaigns

@xenkaroshi I checked the tabs on that game and I get the exact same red screen with the same warnings as you described. I'm using Firefox on Windows 10, so it might be something other than browser related?
I have not seen this on any other page here either.
Maybe the temporary issue is still present: https://www.speedrun.com/the_site/thread/kuo2m
For TMX, you would need the replay (once the option to upload a replay goes live). If you didn't save a replay, you can still find the replay of your best time on any map in the autosave folder.
Right now you can view the top 10 on each track here: https://opentrackmania.com/seasons And here is a tutorial on how to download the replay from that site: https://www.reddit.com/r/TrackMania/comments/i51q98/download_and_view_wr_ghosts_in_replay_editor/
The same limit of 50 pending runs, and the change from showing newest to oldest, also affects rejected runs. I can now only see the 50 oldest rejected runs, which may be a problem if I want to go back and look at a run that is more than a month old, but not old enough to show up on the "show old" list.
Not sure if this should have been posted here or in bug reports, as it's not a bug but intended. And this would also be fixed when the page gets an option to "load more", just like for pending runs.
Can the following games be changed from Fangame to Modification and also be added to the TrackMania series: https://www.speedrun.com/trackmania
https://www.speedrun.com/st2stadium https://www.speedrun.com/st2canyon https://www.speedrun.com/st2lagoon https://www.speedrun.com/st2valley https://www.speedrun.com/tmalpine
Individual level leaderboards will be added to Trackmania Exchange asap. On that site you will be able to upload the replay file from your runs as validation. You can also download everyone elses replay. Right now we are waiting for the option to upload replays to go live on the site.
Trackmania Exchange (TMX) has been used as the main leaderboard for all PC Trackmania games since 2004 (except Turbo). With how easily replays can be saved and shared, TMX is by far the best solution to individual level leaderboards for this game.
