First serious attempt at a full run as Sonic. I've done a handful of IL runs before, but haven't bothered learning most of the game.

Priority for getting this time down is figuring out how to clear the special stages faster, then getting TO the special stages faster. That will naturally improve the rest of the run by virtue of being able to go Super
