After struggling for a while with the skip, I decided to try a different approach. I figured out that if you just do a Charged Shot to knock the bombs away, you can freely just dash to the end of the bridge and make the skip much more consistent. For the ending I just never got the lucky ledge tap that Ico got in his run, so I just do the fastest strat I could find, which luckily is super easy. In this run though I was very fortunate to ledge grab in the proper position for the setup, so I could just dash right away.

This is a really solid run, but due to how simple this level and the strats are, I wouldn't be surprised if it gets beaten without much issue by other runners eventually.
