Is it possible to create a Level Leaderboard? I have nine ILs from 2013 and at that time they were WRs and maybe even today. I am more interested in playing each level alone. When the Level Leaderboard is created I would submit my runs.

As much as we could there really wouldn't be any point in creating them as you'd be the only runner to do them individually plus the individual missions are all part of the Any% run so if you want to do the missions I'd recommend doing the Any% run.
Absolutely right, but I hope, that the creation of a Level Leaderboard „boosts“ the game and brings (the chance of) more people to the game. I am also interested and maybe other people too, to really get the best times for every level.
So this is to all PS1 emulator runners for this game, as I have been watching footage back from runs many years ago set by myself and Shoegaze (The other runner competing for WR alongside myself) I have spotted that the game is running at near enough full fps without any or very little slowdown.
