As I began to study the game, I tried to combine it with the DxWnd application. The frame limit in window mode was set automatically at 144 frames per second instead of the usual 60, while the game accelerated 1.5-2 times. The rules do not say anything about this, but I believe that this is an exploit and the run using this mechanics will not be allowed?

Ok, i switching off VSync and the game is like 4x faster now, whole level can be passed for 1m

you can mess with some .ini files at System folder ( User.ini , SurfsUpDX9.ini ). I think DxWnd did set limit to my monitor which is supporting 144hz. But with changing these files i can reach 250-400 fps and thats really horrible to play :)

agreed, i think there should be a rule that the game is locked to 60fps like default. I just played unlimited fps and it is CRAZY
