Hello everyone, welcome to the ODS speedrunning board.

I'm Boog2811, the newest mod on the team for this board, and would like to share a rule change being implemented for Toontown Central Toontasks Solo.

ODS (at the time of writing) does not have a super active playerbase, especially of new players coming to the game. As such, completing the "Make a Friend" Toontask in a TTC Solo run can be very frustrating.

As such, the new rule change states that you are allowed to use an alt account (or another player you've communicated with) in order to complete this one task.

You may not make use of this additional toon in any other way, including teleports, help in battles, unites, or anything else, only the Make a Friend Toontask.

You may unfriend this extra toon afterwards, but this is not a requirement, as long as they have no impact on your run besides this one task, the run will still be considered solo.

[At the time of writing, Speedrun.com is giving me trouble, and I am unable to edit the rules on the category itself. As such, for the time being, this forum post has precedence over the category rules.
