When I originally added rules to the leaderboard, I was not aware at the time that opening the console actually pauses the in-game timer. Looking back now, however, I feel like having a rule against using console history is pretty silly considering it actually has no impact on IGT. Thoughts?
I think we should keep console commands category, since that is "true any%" since you use whatever you can. I remember you asked if we should change it to RTA timing, and I think we shouldn't, since people like me who use controller can't easily input the command.
I'm talking about use of console history to input a command, which can be used in every category.
I wonder if we should start doing a dual timer thing like other games where there's the RTA and the in-game time. Though I personally think using console history is fine since, yes, the console is not part of in-game time which is currently being used.
Considering Mario approved Spontanicus' 4:44 run, I'm going to guess he's fine with it too.
