Finally got an run with a pretty good OoB and with King Boo 1 cycle! Probably a few more seconds to be squeezed out from playing basement walk rather safe with these strats, but I'm glad I got a run with no super noticable mistakes. Will probably improve this in the future, likely with door skip and a riskier basement walk.
