I was going to improve it but I've been sitting on this for so long I might as well share it now :)

I found a lot of Oobs, and ways to use them, that skip a whole bunch of stuff

There's still quite a bit of time to be saved, sub 1:20 is easily possible, as I lost a lot of time in the last level and (believe it or not) the helicopter escort mission

*Also it might be a good idea to create a "glitchless" category for the older runs as this run is really different
