DXWND Issues
Whenever I try running GTA:SA through DXWND to have the windowed tab it crashes the game right after the Rockstart logos at the start. Anyone know a fix?
Either tick "Set single core process affinity" in the Compatibility tab, or use Dinput (you can download it here: http://www.speedrun.com/gtasa/thread/ar4sg)
That should fix it.
Changes to the GTA:SA leaderboard
The GTA:SA community has been deteriorating over a long period of time. Many top runners are not currently present on the leaderboard. This issue has not been seriously addressed yet, but an attempt will be made to remedy it now.
