This run sucks, got a new capture card that fixes the issue with the other run I recorded (sorry about that.)

Target Test went a bit more smoothly, but there's still a lot of time save in several places, but most of it is now trying to think of strats on the fly in case the usual strats don't work.

I'm unsure if I have plans to make towards Sub 28, I shall see. Thank you to those who have been encouraging me on the runs. It's been very helpful in these trying times.
