mine may look stupid but here it is:
Normal endless survival but w/o hellhounds: A player should do a normal endless survival game but disable hellhounds.
Campless: You must do an endless survival game but never camp. You have to got it to a highest round possible
Duo/Trio/Squad: You must submit a run having 2, 3 or 4 people's in match and try to get as far as possible.
Perkless: You must reach the highest round without any perks.
Guns Speedrun: You must get all guns as fast as possible during the single game session.
PAPless run: You must get to the highest round without PAPing your guns.
Single game session run: You must reach the highest round during a single game session (no leaving), You also need a recording of everything (rip mods watching 73 hours video of some guy reaching round 213)
Well, That's all my ideas by now, leave yours below.
@1k_grindOfAberration Perkless and the Duo/Trio/Squad challenges sound good. Guns Speedrun might not be a big departure from the normal endless game, but PAPless Run could add a unique twist. The Single Game Session Run is crazy the thought of those hours on the leaderboard is both daunting and exciting.

here's my list (i'm taking some of yours):
Round Speedruns: Speedrun to round 5, 15, 30, or 50 with 1-4 players. If no gamepass, all players must have footage recorded.
Campless: (does not require gamepasses to be disabled, all gameplay must be recorded)
No Perks: (does not require gamepasses to be disabled, all gameplay must be recorded)
No Power: (does not require gamepasses to be disabled, all gameplay must be recorded)
First Room (Gamepass): (Separated by solo, duo, trio, or squad)
More ideas: Got a "endless survival pack" As quick as possible. By "Endless Survival" Pack I mean:
PAP Raygun, Double Tap, Quick Revive, Juggernog
Teddy Speedrun: Get the Teddy bear from Mystery box as quick as possible.
