Regular and Hardened
If a run is submitted for those levels, do they create a new category or do they go in certain categories? for example: regular is considered recruit, and hardened considered veteran?
no, recruit is what you submit recruit to and veteran is where you submit veteran runs. We don't create categories for runs on regular or hardened.

but nothing stops you from submitting veteran to recruit because this game's veteran is easy enough to play as fast as recruit.
