Hi! I'm used to playing with analog controller and would like to speedrun in the master sword category. Is there any way to do Pumping or will it interfere a lot with the time if it doesn't?

Pumping doesn't save much time, maybe 3-4 seconds in Master Sword category. I think it's nothing you should worry about for now.

You can just wiggle the stick back and forth, but as Bamboo said, you don't really need to worry about it. Generally what we would recommend to new players is to only worry about pumping on stairs at first.
