I know of this strat everyone has been doing/talking about (usually either called the darb strat or Omni strat due to them finding it/ making it popular) to get these lower times like 5.6x and all. But could it get explained in this forum and maybe have some detailed explaination for how to do it?

Under the "Guides" section there is a link to a very detailed video from Omnigamer that talks about the 5.57 strat.

It's worth mentioning that this strat isn't required to get any 5.6x

The wheel represents gas and the red block clutch. Make those inputs and you're good to go. I didn't make the video. Just sharing what I've found.
