Updated WR much more pleased with this run then the last. Sub 13 possible I'd say.

Some things:

I don't know if it's placebo or not but ducking while firing on the bosses feels faster for me.(possibly from lag reduction or something?)

You can zero cycle both of the last two flying guys the timing is tricky though.

The maggots should be lined up before trying to kill both of them to get the boss phase skip. I then try to line up my bomb shot with when the wooden gates bottom is close to the metal fence at the top as it opens.
