I said I was happy with my last run of this dungeon but I lied so here's an actual good one. Beats my old record by nearly 20 seconds.

Changed strategies to better accommodate starting with 3 hearts by not going out of my way to get shooting star when it wouldn't help much. Better handling of the mudmen and just cleaner movement in general helped too. With the current strategies I'm using, I THINK sub-3:00 is JUST BARELY possible, but until someone else starts running these individual levels I'm not gonna bother optimizing beyond this.

Started the timer 2 frames late, so 2 frames after last black frame is at 3:06:66. If anybody gets within two frames of the record we can quibble about the time if required.

Minor mistakes on the double Claydoll fight and the boss fight cost me a few seconds, and the mudmen could have been a BIT cleaner. Would not be easy to cut seven seconds off of this.
