You can play the game anywhere, I don't think there are any (major) differences.
LiveSplit (enable manual IGT for splits every 10 levels)

oh, thanks man! but about the site, the problem is that some sites have annoying ads, and some have a zoomed-out screen, so I would like to know some without both of these (if it exists)
For that I guess test around and see which one is least annoying for you. Not sure if you have an adblocker but that might help on some sites.
Personally I have the game downloaded on a .swf file and I can play that through the offline flash player, but it doesn't matter too much.

No, you can download the flash file and play it in flash player, which is what I personally do. There aren't any rules regarding playing on web or not.
Emulator is mostly banned in the submission for formatting reasons, running GUR in the flash player isn't really emulation because flash is what websites like adultswim and blipz.weebly will run it in. The main difference between the two is that one is offline while the others are online.
