Completionist/C+/C++ Categories?

Hey y'all, just popping in cause I checked out the leaderboards as I was interested in doing Completionist runs. I noticed that there isn't a category for these (or I don't know where it is). I think it would be a really fun run considering the allowance of segmented runs (following the current rules of course), and allow for creative routing to determine what decks/jokers are the best to unlock in what order to maximize your odds of getting a fast run. The Completionist achievement only requires you to unlock all decks, jokers, and consumables in the game, and for a competent player on white stake, I can't imagine it taking more than a few dozen full runs. A rule addition to allow backing out of a run once you unlock a Joker/Deck/Card would save even more time (though it might be hard to verify these runs given you can't see the seed). I've been doing Completionist every time I buy a new copy of Balatro (PC, then switch, then mobile) and I've come up with some small time-saving strategies that could be fun to try to put into practice and see how they evolve. Especially with almost all categories currently allowing "Unlock All", this would give more variety to the runs here and I think it would be a long, but manageable run.

Looking back on the forums it seems like someone might have already attempted this and it seemed unfeasible, but that was a long time ago, and honestly, with the knowledge of the game we have now, and proper routing, I think it's a much more reasonable category.

Hello! It seems you mean the Unlock or Collect all categories? You should be able to find them just by using the dropdown option there. Good luck running!

Edit: My reading comprehension sucks I'm sorry

Edit 2: Okay so from what I read it should still apply, unless you mean something else? C++ is all gold stickers, Collect All is Completionist. There's nothing for C+ right now tho.

Yep, that’s exactly what I was looking for, thank you! Sorry, my reading comprehension actually sucks and I missed what I wanted :) leaving this up for future reference for folks

Edit: Is there any more information on the specific rules for that category?

Yep, if you look at "Show Rules" of any category, there should be an option that allows you to look at the rules for that specfic category
