I'm not sure how popular this category would/will become, but I've seen a couple of people speedrun obtaining the new advancement "How did we get here", which requires having every potion effect legitimately obtainable in Survival at once.
The only runs I can find were carried out by u/redstonehelper and u/ARN64 over on r/Minecraft
u/redstonehelper's run (3.22hr IGT) https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9X9Asn6WnEhR09jRFRQc0czQnM/view
u/ARN64's run (1:44.53 RT)
Is it something that would be considered for the leaderboard? Even Dinnerbone, the creator of the advancement, mentioned the legitimacy of the run. https://twitter.com/Dinnerbone/status/875774163172155394
Since it's set seed, it could be highly improved, would be cool to insert a category, but I don't know if people will get interested since it's very long But I would (:
this would defenitly be something id be willing to learn i say yes to a spot on the leaderboards
The run may be easier than All Achievements if both allow glitches like dup.
- Collect some blaze rod, soul sand and wither skull, and kill-dragon equivment, etc(20min, if too long just rerun)
- Kill the dragon and a wither, make potion
- go overworld to obtain mining failure
- Go to the end city, place beacon, summon another wither and have the potions, before mining failure end
