This glitch appears when you have just deleted a game that already had clear some rooms. The rooms are then already clear.

I believe the no enemy glitch and the no tutorial cave glitch should be in a different category. Like any% no major glitches vs just any%

I feel like an any% glitchless and any% would just solve this easily
