Is it legit to use the DLC content such as cars from SCPD Rebels pack for speedruns on the PC version of the game, even though DLCs are naturally unavailable there? I mean, I saw the runs made on PC using DLC content get verified, but I just wanted to make it clear.

Which run is verified and has unofficial DLC cars in it?
