On his Twitch page, DerplingDiamond claims a time for EPF HR of 38:52. When I asked him about the run, he said he didn't record it, which is understandable considering it's DS.

Due to his runs of All Missions on the Web version of Club Penguin, I find his EPF and EPF HR runs believable (and the fact that I got a 39:08 yesterday). The main point of this post is that the 38:52 is the run I have generally been comparing myself to, and the run I reference in the submission text of my 39:08, rather than the runs currently on the leaderboard
Well, now that Derpling's run has been beaten, I think it's ok to finally time to add his run into the leaderboard.
One problem is I don't know the date, I tried searching archived versions of his Twitch page but there aren't any
