You don't. I don't even know why the fuck it's linked in the resources. It just leads to confusion like this.
Simply activate it from the Edit Splits window within LiveSplit.

Yea I know the autosplitter is there but not the load remover. I know the autosplitter removes loads but I don't really want it to auto split
