Complete (except last two Rival fight and Double Battle defensive ranges) guide for the Fire Mouse route!

This is likely slower than Toto, but a nice change of pace, and hopefully somewhat competitive (have not done test runs yet). Shoutout to CPP for finding a solid Cynda with Electric Hidden Power, which makes quite a lot of fights more bearable.

This route is a bit overly safe, picking up the Magnet, Charcoal, Thunderpunch TM, and Sunny Day TM (some of these are likely not required but make the route much safer), as well as getting early extra experience in Sprout Tower which is slow, to get Ember for Falkner's gym and Quilava for Falkner (this too is very safe, and will look to move the extra EXP to later)
