Sorry I don't have a timer but I'm on a mac and its hard to get a timer for that. I checked the time with a stopwatch though, and mods can edit the time at will.
Also I didn't turn structures off sorry I didn't know should do that, but I looked I don't think I interacted with any structures. If my run gets rejected that's fine I will just speedrun again.
