I took a bit of a risk by not checking 'the glitch' had happened, but in 31 Individual Level attempts (and multiple hard story runs), I've only had it happen once, so I have gotten into a bad habit of not checking. I could be mistaken but it seems to happen less on Series X than PS2?

'The glitch' I am referring to is where Barbie Gimp is randomly alerted to you underground, just outside of the hackers base, and will see you before you get through the security gates -- failing the mission.
