New Category Request

100% all achievements for all 4 campaigns played consecutively. Giant grant games did this 2 years ago in 25 hours 32 minutes, I then did it in 25 hours and 3 minutes. Last weekend both him and I did the run again and he finished in 22 hours 24 minutes and I finished in 21 hours 37 minutes. While I don’t expect anyone else to really try this insane run, it is incredibly fun and a true testament to the fullest extent of Starcraft.

The concept of a single run for 100% Achievements for all 4 campaigns is needlessly user/verifier unfriendly and paywalled for an actual category. It should be split into 4 categories for each individual campaign at the very least. Also consider the fact that separate WoL 100% Achievements costs no real currency to run.

That is fair, but fwiw every account does get 3-4 different attempts. The reason it’s more fun as a single run is just that it becomes more of an endurance thing, and there’s something to be said about having knowledge and skills at the entire game. It’s already a goofy category about full game knowledge so I think doing it all as one is more fun.

  • You are forgetting that most people have only 1 account with all campaigns and that at least 1 server was spent on normal playthrough leaving them 2-0 remaining attempts at this madness that can easily take more than 24 hours.
  • We dont have all campaigns categories for a reason. Its certainly a feat of strength but is there a category for dark souls trilogy no hit runs? No. Its unreasonable to expect anyone to run it this way.
  • The idea of campaigns beaten in a way different from any% is certainly worth it but you're taking it too far by forcing people to spend an entire day of their life to do every single thing in 1 go.
