I sumbitted a game for approval about 6 months ago, can I resubmit it now?

Probably depends on what it got denied for the first time. Doubt you'll get in trouble unless you spam the request tho.

The game request rules have gotten less strict since 6 months ago, and I've seen games get rejected and then accepted later before, so it should be fine.

afaik you're encouraged to resubmit especially if whatever issue existed in the previous request is now fixed
