Is the Virtual Console release allowed?
With certain emulators banned I was wondering if the Virtual Console releases of Red/Blue were allowed to compete for speed runs? The tech seems pretty close to hardware game boy runners like Super Gameboy or the Gamecube player. Anyone know for sure if these VR games are valid?
pretty sure VR release would be allowed. But it's the slowest version so you may as well run on emulator (or on gameboy player ect if you have it.)
