that's a lag frame counter, it isn't a full-game run where no such information cheats are allowed
That is just part of the practice codes used for ILs. By seeing the codes available, I assume that is a lag frame counter, that's why it increments everytime he does specific things. Also, it's a 3-year old run, it's ok to be suspicious of something, but in that case just ask someone on discord instead of right on calling them cheaters.
