Can mods make a glitch category outside of the regular one? I'm interested in doing glitch runs of the game and would like a leaderboard to submit it to

the regular one doesn't say you can't use glitches, it just dis-allows skipping levels, mainly the oil based one because that one in particular takes forever, but maybe a glitchless category and sub-categories that let you skip levels should exist, but this speedrun game isn't very active anyway
