I realize that probably nobody will read this, but in case somebody does-

I'm fairly sure that the Lauster statue immediately appears (usually on the ground nearby) when your luck gets between 140-150. I've tested it about five times in a row. What this means is that if you gain luck too quickly, you may miss her.

Hopefully this saves somebody the trouble of not being able to find her.
